// About Us
Most asset managers allocate capital. Rithm architects it.
We're a global alternative asset manager with decades of experience across credit, real estate, and financial services. Through our family of operating companies, we originate, finance, and actively manage the assets we invest in — giving us a level of visibility most managers don't have, and giving our clients performance they can depend on.
// Owner-Operator Advantage
The Owner-Operator Advantage or Visibility Creates Value
Most managers deploy capital and rely on others to source and manage what they own. Rithm is different. Through our family of operating companies, we originate, finance, and actively manage the assets behind our investments — from mortgage origination and servicing to construction lending and commercial real estate.
That direct involvement gives us a real-time understanding of the markets we invest in, rather than a model of them. It's the foundation of our owner-operator approach: visibility creates value, and value compounds into performance our clients and partners can depend on.
Substantiation/Notes:
Body copy draws on Messaging Toolkit Pillar 1 ("Visibility creates value") and the locked boilerplate phrase "architects every investment across its full lifecycle."
Stats pulled from the May 2026 RAM deck, pg. 2 (Founded 2013; 16 Offices Globally; ~200 Investment Professionals — includes Rithm, Sculptor, Crestline as of 3/31/26; 170+ Institutional Investors with commitments >$20M). “Every company we've brought into this platform was chosen for a reason. They enable us to see more, understand more, and manage risk better than a manager working from the outside ever could.”
— Michael Nierenberg, Chief Executive Officer, Rithm Capital

// Rithm Ecosystem
One Ecosystem. Boundless Opportunity.
Our ecosystem is built from two parts working as one: an asset management platform — Rithm, Sculptor, and Crestline — and a family of operating companies, including Newrez, Genesis Capital, and Elecor Properties, that originate, finance, and actively manage the assets behind it. Together, they uncover opportunities, architect investments across their full lifecycle, and turn that work into performance for our clients, partners, and shareholders.
Adapted from the Ecosystem Page Content doc's approved intro (Section 1), expanded with company names pulled from Section 3 (Operating Companies) and Section 4 (Company One-Liners): Newrez (origination/servicing, #3 U.S. servicer/#5 originator per Inside Mortgage Finance), Genesis Capital (construction lending), and Elecor Properties (Class A office, rebranded from Paramount Group 4/27/26), alongside Sculptor and Crestline as the asset management affiliates. “Architect investments across their full lifecycle” and the clients/partners/shareholders close both remain locked boilerplate. Building Rithm
Every acquisition we've made has been deliberate — each one chosen to deepen our platform's origination and asset management capabilities. Here's how that owner-operator model came together.
Every acquisition we've made has been deliberate — each one chosen to deepen our platform's origination and asset management capabilities. Here's how that owner-operator model came together.
Acquired Newrez, now the #3 U.S. mortgage servicer and #5 U.S. mortgage originator, adding scaled origination and servicing capabilities.
Acquired Genesis Capital, a market-leading U.S. construction lender, expanding our residential transitional lending capabilities.
Internalized management from an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group and rebranded as Rithm Capital.
Acquired Sculptor Capital Management, establishing Rithm's position as a diversified global asset management platform.
Secured a strategic partnership to manage residential transitional loans; acquired Crestline, expanding our credit platform for institutional and private wealth investors; and acquired Elecor Properties (rebranded from Paramount Group in April 2026), enhancing our commercial real estate portfolio.
Milestones and framing ("Build Owner Operator Model" → "Build Asset Management Business") pulled from the May 2026 RAM deck, pg. 4 ("Rithm is a Vertically Integrated Asset Manager"). Newrez ranking sourced to Inside Mortgage Finance, 12/31/25; Elecor rebrand date (4/27/26) per RAM deck footnote 4.
We've trimmed the interim asset-growth years (2015, 2017–2019, 2024, etc. from the Sprint 3 timeline mock) since those figures are better suited to a stat callout than a milestone entry — happy to add them back in as a secondary data layer if Sullivan's component supports it.
// Our People
A senior team built across cycles.
Our leadership team averages more than 30 years of experience and has helped pioneer alternative investment strategies including private credit, asset-based finance, and mortgage servicing rights. That experience — paired with a culture that gives every employee a voice — is what lets us make high-conviction decisions across market cycles.
“30+ years” claim is scoped to senior leadership only, consistent with Messaging Toolkit Pillar 3 guidance (kept separate from the ~200 investment professionals stat to avoid a cherry-picked read). “Helped pioneer alternative investment strategies including private credit, ABF, and MSRs” is locked toolkit language, also used in the approved ABF hub video.
Let's start a conversation.
